Highly likely, on my way to Harrods.
That’s the route I took about the right time.
I live just the other side of BF bridge.

maybe it's painted yellow and the owner is embarrassed
He ended up with it rolling back into a taxi last year, upsetting the cab driver who's cab was then trapped for a few hours unable to pick up any fares!

I have, however, been to Harrods more in the last 3 months than the entire rest of my life.
Didn't help I was staying at a nearby hotel quite often and it was only a few minute walk.
The pizzeria in there is the best I've found in the UK, by far... although I'm not so sure about the singing chef.

Weirdly car crime doesn't seem to be a thing around Bedford.

Ahhhh yes, I forgot... Bedordites don't know anything exists outside of Bedford, so why would they even think about those mobile seats that get in the way?
