Yeah, those are definitely High Court Baliff notices and clamps. Someone will be refusing to pay something so they will clamp the car and if they don't come up with payment they can take the car away for auction as part of the payment.
 
I'm more interested in the VW advertising on a Police vehicle to be honest...

Demonstrator. City of London Police have had it for ages though, not sure why.

Edit: Also has their force code ID and callsign on the roof so it may be that they've bought it but not re-liveried it.

Perfect day for a trip over to C&M in the Plus 8. Lots of cool stuff there (including 4 F-Type convertibles, all JLR-owned vehicles on 68 plates). However, these two caught my eye.
