annoyed i can't get decent photos at night (or when driving at 70 on the m25) as i passed my first Porsche Panamera and BMW X1 yesterday.

The Porka just looks like a very fat 911 from the rear, very high backed but sort of works all together. The X1 looks very cheap, like any other small 4x4, very un-impressed (unsurprisingly)

I've seen a couple now. Both been black. Front on, it looks like a regular 911. From the back, I think it looks great. Side on though is where things start to go wrong. Its the rear quarter that just doesn't look 'right'.

Can't wait to see my first Aston Martin Rapide though. Now I reckon that will look superb in the flesh.

Talking about Aston's, I saw a Green DB7 Volante earlier on the way home from work. Think it a '01 / '02 model. Stills looks great IMO.
 
I saw a 59 plate BMW 'GT' at the weekend in the Solihull Comet car park, no pics as I couldn't get my camera out quick enough.

Looked most odd.
 
Saw a BMW 840 CI tonight, was dark and i was driving, so couldn't take a photo. :(

Saw it and thought it might have been the old 8 series, made note of the plate and checked it on askmid :D
