Post Your Daily Encounter Pics Here

A few of my mates have decided to buy E92 M3's and develop them for track use, so all are in different stages of development. The white and red car were taken down by friends as the 'Barry' owners decided to slum the trip in their McLaren 675's, while the blue one is shared by two mates, so one drove it down whilst the other slummed it in his McLaren 600LT. Bloody bin divers the lot of em! :D

White car is what I would call optimal standard. Lighter by some margin, serious high end suspension, cage, revised software, air box and other choice mosts. The blue and red car less modified but all running track cambers etc and set up for track work. We also had a 600bhp supercharged carbon bodied one and the real low weight/high power version had to take an 11th hour rain check due to some tech issues on the morning we left. There was another one that was also track optimised that joined us too. The owner of the white car is proper quick, will lap low to mid 7's BTG all day long so these mods make a difference at that level. It is a properly sorted track car and I would say the white car is the most sorted and reliable. Next a stroker engine I think as he does not want to go force induction.

I could not keep with the white car / driver when he was full on at it, but he can afford to bin it I most certainly can't afford to bin mine. :(

Awesome! Glad to hear it :) Love seeing people do things right like that & yes effective aero will be very useful at those laptimes... my best so far is 7m16 BTG, but in something "faster" than an E92 and with road legal cut-slicks... so sounds like he'd easily outpace me. Really need to get back to the ring again... only have about 25 laps experience so far.

What kind of redline can a built engine achieve on these now? Must scream like a Judd V8 if they can peak over 9k

Always dreamed of building a project car with a Judd v8/v10... hopefully will make it happen in the coming years.

Even worse about that defender is that he has illegal plates on. AFAIK they arent releasing an all electric defender until 2025 and he has green plates on...............

Not sure it counts as a "spotted" but there's a Rolls Royce Dawn in the car park of the hotel I'm staying at with 44HAM as the number plate.

I know Lewis has the weekend off but mostly like his father. If I bump into him at breakfast, I'll ask for George's autograph. :)

Is this hotel in London by any chance?
