I bought a load of vinyl from Smiley just before Christmas actually. I think he's more CD orientated... the wuss
A friend of mine has some Ortofon Concorde carts and they're sweet, but I couldn't justify spending £150 on a pair of carts for these, so bought the CS's.
They're suprisingly good. I had to have the old carts (they were the Stanton 500's that you probably had and were getting a bit worn) with a load of weight to keep them in the groove. The Numarks are set at 2.5g and I don't think they've skipped once.
What's the difference between the CS's and CCs?
ive got thousands of tunes on cd thats why cd decks are my first priority

andy8271 said:if its similar to virtualdj its easier than using real decks mainly because it beatmatches for you :/
its a mess on using a mouse like but with a controller it should be easy

Smiley Man said:oh yes its a lot easier than real decks, although i cant talk really seeing as vinyl is harder than cd to beatmatch with![]()
