trust me its nowhere near as easy as the pc - cdjs dont beatmatch for you

its a mess on using a mouse like but with a controller it should be easy

what do you mean by a controller?

have decks, used them for about a week then boxed them up and put them in the loft, spur of the moment type thing. i think they are img stagelines.

A controller is a piece of hardware with knobs and buttons that you attach to your pc. You can then assign the various traktor (or virtual dj etc) functions to those buttons. For example you might assign 'kill hi frequencies on deck A' to a button, and you would assign the cross fader to a slider and 'adjust low frequency on deck B' to a knob

Either a USB mixer or a Hercules MP3 DJ thing will control virtual DJ.
The latter is easier as controls are already mapped.

Reflex Records in Sheffield, was ex demo (on show but never used), cost £70 which I thought was pretty good.

I have img stagelines, they are truelly terrible. At least yours are direct drive.

Haven't got space to set up both decks, so haven't bothered buying new ones.
