Post your dock

I have it as the smallest dock with maximum magnification but temporarily resized it to the largest size for the screenshot.

Where is a good place to find some custom icons. So far I've only done Mail but I want to do the rest. Will I have to make them myself or is there somewhere I can get them?

I don't know if this is the correct place for this, but I have a bit of a problem involving icons, changing icons to be precise. Basically I'm trying to replace the dashboard icon with an icon that I downloaded earlier. I am doing it in the usual way by going into my applications folder, right clicking on dashboard, clicking view info, then going to the icon I want, doing the same process as above for that and then cmd+c, cmd+v to copy and paste the icon over the top of the old dashboard icon. This, unfortunately is not working for me, absolutely nothing is happening, I'm logged in as administrator and have used the above technique to change some icons earlier, any suggestions? Cheers :)


EDIT: I've sorted it now... bloody muppet :p

quid question, whats the duck thing which says "away" on a few peoples docks?
