That is two weeks of work then I guess ?

Are you going to paint the woodwork?

Did they take down all the old fence or build new next to old where it's not your boundary?

Did they dig out the standard rubbish groundwork/soil/bricks/leftovers and add better soil for drainage etc?

There were 3 guys in the team, 8 days but some were shoter days.

I’ll use something like this in a clear finish as I’m not a massive fan of staining or painting the wood colour.

The rear fence is ours according to the plans, even though we got the nice side. Still they built the new fence in front of the old one with new posts. The existing fence was too flimsy to attach the new one to it.

They removed a lot and added 8 ton of top soil back in before laying the lawn.

The porcelain tiles aren’t cheap for sure. The fence they built was also built from scratch.
