Post your hardware failures and WIN A 4GB Flash Voyager Mini

This strikes me as a bit unfair. The stuff that has the most reported failures is probably going to be the stuff that's most popular. For example, you'll probably discover more dead Corsair PSUs than Q-Tecs, but that's because everybody buys Corsairs and avoids Q-Tecs like the plague. It's not meaningful unless you know how many are still going as well as how many are dead.

The head of the Nail has been hit.

saitek eclipse II

There is other stuff, but thats been from alooot of use, and careless use at that, so it would be unfair to mention them.

Hmm not sure i see how this can be useful myself to be honest. There have been certain models that in hindsight were a bad buy but as for current stuff no real way to know if it's good or bad and by the time this thread shows a trend most of us will have seen it anyway and not be buying problem kit.

Crucial Ballistix DDR2 --> worked fine for a long time, started to get random crashes. Passed memtest but it was kind of random so i sent it back for new one which i sold. They get points for good service though, and maybe their DDR3 will be better.

Hyundai 24Inch PVA Monitor --> Arrived with a ****ty pink vertical line. OCUK made me contact Hyundai directly. Their own service was terrible, i will avoid Hyundai monitors. Really hoped OCUK would have helped me more as it was brand new.
