Post Your Home Cine & HiFi Kit...

Love your setup photoshop, so simplictic (speeeeling fail), but soo elegant.

But one thing I would say is forget the centre speaker, better to get a good stereo field wiht the fronts rather than using a crappy centre that is widely different. Or jsut get a matching centre and find somewhere to mount it :D

Thanks.
I have to say that although the center does not look right to the audiophile next to the IQ5's, it is doing a pretty good job. I gave it +2.0 and set the FReq. at 80Hz and it does really sing. Dialogue is pretty crisp.

Very nice :D

Just looking at stands, can't decide!

£500 enough for speakers/amp? Or need more £?

Btw, what you think of the PZ80's?

My Speakers came in at £750 plus another £120 for speaker cable and interconnects. Plus another £120 for stands. The amp came in at £230 at richersounds. Grand total: £1,220

The PZ80 is awesome. Really astounding. I have nothing but high praise for it. I know the Kuro's are the reference plasma's but for the price of one of those i managed to get the PZ80 and PX80 and still had change left over for a happy meal:)

Yeah, looking at either of the PX/PX's. And the Sony W4500 LCD's. Can't decide of the two, just seen the pricing of the PX and PZ80's :/

Yeah just seen it for £800 with 5yr warranty.

Could be worth getting that over the 46" W4500.. Hmm.

Whats the Sony 820 amp like? Been looking at that.

Those remote's worth the money? I've never really thought about getting one in the past but a couple of mates of mine have been talking about them recently and after seeing yours it's got me thinking....

They easy to use/configure?

Oh and out of interest what's the film?

Ye they are well worth the money. I bought mine 2nd hand over at another forum for £120 so it wasnt bad.

They are very easy to configure but you do initially have to get your head around a few things. Im always tweaking mine. Took me a few days to get it all setup correctly to my liking.

the film is Slumdog Millionaire
