Actually what online beer shops do people use?

Beersofeurope is pretty good, but it's not cheap. Failing that, check out British brewery websites - they often sell guest beers. Brewdog isn't bad now and then but pretty slim pickings atm. I haven't ordered from them before, but last time I looked their postage was outrageous.
I've browsed Beerritz before, but haven't bought from them but heard good things. They only sell in divisions of 12 bottles though, and postage is around £8 but if you're buying 24/36 it's not that bad.
Interested in a bulk buy, Pie/nydryl?

May as well give everyone a level playing field.
