Predator 2 sucked mate
As for this.... well cast list is quite impressive although I agree Adrian Brody hardly has a killer look about him does he. All I hope for is that this isn't given a 12/15 certificate so they can do the violence properly

Why are people still so against reboots?
Did Batman Begins, Casino Royale and Star Trek not teach anyone anything?
It's also fairly obvious Predators has the kind of pedigree that the two AVP movies simply did not and even Predator 2 for that matter.

Going to watch this, even though it's not going to match the first two movies. Guns and lots of Predator type stuff = win

It's definately a hard R rating stateside so I guess that's an 18 over here

Don't worry, Robert Rodriguez
is producing and Nimrod Antal is directing. Nimrod has a couple of semi-decent movies under his belt like Vacancy and Armored, no classics but not rubbish either!

I haven't heard of Nimrod Antal. Guess they can't do a worse job than the two AVP movies. I mean, surely that's just not possible.

Well, that's slightly reassuring. I thought Kontroll was rather good.
Batman bored me as did Star trek with its over the top cheese and usual USA rule and will save the world BS
I swear films now are getting less lucid. None of Star Trek made any sense, things happened and popped up like random, same as Transformers.
Hopefully they havent just thrown together a bunch of stuff for this. But having it set up on the aliens planet isnt a good sign, the idea of the predators is they hunt, most of the time, worthy apponents, or at least something that is worth hunting and that is a challenge.
Moving prey to your planet is just making sure you will win. They cant expect the humans to be worthy opponents when the odds are stacked against them from the start. But of course, they will be worthy opponents even if it doesnt make any sense cause its a movie, and brains must vacate premises whilst viewing.
