Bigger club, more successful, more potential, world class training facilities.

Regardless of the league table, due to current management, we have better players. (Recent FA Cup win and 5th place finishes in Premier league).
Awful keeper, leaky defence, inability/unwillingness to retain the better players, and a board who wouldn't spend in the transfer window?! Also didn't the chief recruiter/scout or whatever leave last season and is still to be replaced?

I can see this happening
Potter =Chelsea
Rogers=Brighton
Leicester owner uses this phone, Its installed in all premier league owners offices. It's a direct line to Sam Allardyce. :p:D

Potter will cost 20m apparently, just heard on talksport

It is crazy how under valued managers are. Must be the only profession where the work force cost more.

If Potter was to leave, Brighton would be going down within a few seasons. That costs Brighton a hell of a lot more than 20 million.

Yeah, i think people are catching on though, these manager release fees seem to be getting higher and higher

Do Leicester have better players than Brighton?
If you base it on the first 6 games of this season, then no.

Looking at the previous seasons and there is no comparison, Leicester easily has the better players.

Our squad hasn't changed too much, obviously Schmeichel is a huge miss, Fofana not that much as he spent most of last season on the recovery table.

I think Potter would be stupid to go to Chelsea but he would be similarly stupid not to. The only danger to him is if it goes spectacularly wrong which I don't think it will. As others have said, no one really reads too much into Chelsea sacking a manager.

Too much of an opportunity to turn down. Although could end up being another Moyes at Man United.

Yeah cannot turn it down, when you look at who is at the seat of the other top clubs will another opportunity come along quickly? It's a fickle sport and a bad spell at brighton could just as easily see him sacked.

When Ndidi and tielemens? were both out Leicester's form tanked last season. IIRc they started well, slumped in form and hauled themselves back up towards the end as people came back. Fofana got crocked in that Spanish match before the prem started though so yeah he did little either way. Shame given he was on form before that horror scythe.

You have to remember Moyes held a 42% win percentage with Everton with near enough zero money and got them top 4.

Graham Potter does play attractive football but lets not forget his win percentage is 31%.

Even Sam Allardyce managed 41% with Bolton Wanderers.

Saying all that Sam Allardyce had no clue what to do with a team at the pointy end of the table with Westham and Everton so maybe Potters style is more suited to a club with better players.

Tbf, we drew a lot of games we should have realistically won, just our finishing was abysmal. Over his time with us we have improved massively, and I feel it's starting to show. It'll be frustrating to not see his results in this season for the full 38 games.

The England job is a poisoned chalice. Can't see someone whose stock is as high as Potters is right now taking it. I think he'd jump at the chance of managing Chelsea, I think he'd be daft not to.
