I think he has been found out actually. Brighton are a club that is ran absolutely tremendously and the change in manager was the icing on the cake. De Zerbi has come in and outperformed him with ease. I guess Chelsea are acting now to get Nagelsmann in.

Ignore the Chelsea stint under crappy owners and look at the bigger picture. He's one of the most talented young managers in England and has shown he can develop a team. What better options are Spurs going to get? They've tried numerous experienced has-beens that nobody else wants now, it's time to try and build a project.

De Zerbi being great doesn't mean Potter isn't. De Zerbi made one of the most exciting teams in Europe at Sassuolo, he was a great hire for Brighton.
