This is all very muddled, I'm simply referring to what she's claimed (she stated herself that she was paid) and what other witnesses have claimed in the Maxwell trial (re: the recruiting allegation)! I didn't call her a prostitute though that would perhaps be what you'd call someone who received money for sex and I'm not sure what you're asking re: "proven". If she's stated she was paid by Epstein, we know he's paid multiple girls for this stuff and we know she was employed by him for some time... I don't see any reason to doubt her claim there, do you?

When she was under 18 she was a victim, when she was over 18 she was someone who received money for sexual services and who allegedly recruited others too.

I don't know, I don't think her actions as a girl would be an issue, her (alleged) actions as a woman might be if the authorities did choose to prosecute. They might also be an issue if brought up in a civil case ergo there was still some risk on her part re: going to trial with this/some incentive to settle.

Offences plural? Nope. Where have I done that? I think Andrew (if the allegations are true re: the US instances) might well have fallen foul of the law. I commented on the UK instance in that post, I'm not sure he would have committed a criminal offence there. If you disagree then why not simply explain why? The sociological and psychological studies over the past forty years make it pretty clear that in the general population women are the gatekeepers of sex and men are the gatekeepers of commitment - and each wants what the other has. Men - unless they are in the top 5% looks wise - can't just go out and get sex anytime they want, whereas most women can walk into a pub at night and walk out with a willing partner for that night easily.
On the flip side, women can't walk into a pub and walk out with a long term partnership commitment, whereas men don't need to.

This is why you rarely see good looking men partnering up with wealthy older women. It happens, sure, but you hardly ever see it reported in the news.

Well Chris, as we ageing hipsters are prone to say, I can see where you’re coming from.
