Fifa 08 came thru in literally 10 minutes on my 20MB connection, this one is just taking ages.

Liking it miles better than FIFA, graphics are a bit jaggy.

From AVF:

Graphics are lovely and crisp. Sound effects are OK. Nice cutscenes. I do however keep getting slight pauses during gameplay which is a tad strange. Really don't seem to off changed much from previous (so far). I will give it loads more playtime but my 1st impressions is that i still prefer Fifa 08. SO FAR!!

the game is good but far too much slowdown, when your running with the ball the game will pause for a second

Initial thoughts: Er Konami wtf is this? cause it ain't football thats for sure. If anyone tells me that plays a natural looking game of football I will laugh, it looks just as odd as it feels. VERY frequently framerate lockups as well but maybe thats just the demo. Shooting however feels good. More investigation needed.

Just played my first gaem, Brazil Vs Turkey, liking it so far gameplay feels a lot slicker than the new FIFA. However the graphics have "jerked" on several occasions and theres something abit dodgy with the textures for the pitch.

Other than that though I'm liking it a lot.

I noticed the pitch, some is nice textures some of it is bloody green dots.

The pivot pivot nature of the players seems to of made a return here.

Graphically its very nice for PES when up close in the cut scenes etc and not so nice from a distance, could just be the time of day/lighting in this particular stadium that give it a somewhat flat look. Defiantly an improvement overall graphically though.
