Played my first game since the patch this morning, despite being 3-0 up and the opponent quitting after 35 minutes it was improved.

How people can say it ISN'T improved I don't know! It still isn't perfect but it was definitely playable. I was confused as to how it was playing so smoothly when we both had pings of over 3000 though!
 
It is improved but how could it not be, it was a joke before the patch with the ball warping all over the pitch, yes it is improved but its still not even close to being good enough to play at a serious level.

I think when it says 3000, it is actually a ping of 300 in real terms. Mine seems to oscillate between 150 and 300

I tried yesterday, played one game and it was far far worse than ever before, neither of us could move, the ball was stuck in the net for a minute with no score.

I tried again last night and couldnt connect to anyone, i gave up and went back to pes6 and fifa.
 
If they were online before the patch appeared I think it would be possible :)

But yeah maybe some Bosnian lagger I played heehee, did play an Australian once on PES6, was a nightmare

Just tried an no extra patch for me, maybe you didnt get the first one properly?

I have to say ive played a few games on this and it is awful. Even if there was no lag (And there still is) the game itself is rubbish. It is far far too easy to score online and there's so much wrong with it (bugs, etc) i wouldnt know where to start! I think i might trade it in and put some time into FIFA, definitely holding onto PES6.

how is offline single and multiplayer on this? I dont get to play online anyway but i used to play pes5 non stop on PS2, i have fifa 08 on the 360 and its quite good, but no way near as good as the old Pro Evo's on PS2, is this worth trying on the 360? How big is the demo?
 
I find it alright on normal playing mode on PS3. Started up the master league. Getting into it pretty much.

Question on the master league. Talk to a friend today, he said is the settings set for me to get promoted into La Liga (main spanish league) or just into the top division with a whole load of random teams. Im not too sure how its set. Currently im in D2.

He also said something about leagues, A, B, C and D. Not sure what he meant lol.
