Project Black and White Dragon.

I used 'Loctite Professional filler - plastic padding'. You can get a tub of it from Halfords for around £6. Though i've found the hardener only lasts about half of the putty. It might feel quite rubbery once it's set but it's perfectly fine to sand down (i'd reccomend an electric sander like a detail sander or orbital, and don't apply too much, just enough).

I think there's still some tiny little bits on the front of the panel that need to be filled but it's 99% done.

Looking good - very different from mine which is nice to see :p

What do you use for all your aluminium cutting? You probably said already and I've just missed it so I apologise if you have to repeat yourself ;)

I use a dremel mostly, prefer the control. Though cutting the side panel (which is steel) I used a jigsaw.

Any new pics, ive got a dragon and have modded the case a fair bit, i will post pics but at work at the mo although there should be some on these forums somewhere.

Im going to blank off the 80mm fan holes, hopefully this will force more air to be drawn in under the gfx card (Fan set up causes negative pressure)

I cut the window freehand and added some perspex

As you are doing, im going to replace both grills with some mesh to improve airflow & looks.
Im also adding a 120.1 in the rear 120mm fan hole and move the pump so that it sits on top of the PSU.

Only done a little bit since last time, did this this morning:

Cut out a new bit of mesh as the old one was hard to make straight. The new one has 3 * 1 inch tabs bent at the top and an extra inch bent at the bottom, they're held in by the filler.
