Ok,what is this white peace of something.....no one? This is .999 pure silver And this will become silver kill coil

Let's start

Firs the tools,usual ones for my project

The silver is very hard after the rolling mill,so need to become softer.For that reason one more tool is added

Cutting

Filing

Even more filing

Scraping

One side ready,marking the other one

More scrubbing

Time for sanding.I will start with 600 up to 2500.Reason for that is,silver is very hard to polish.Especially the pure silver is almost mission impossible , always goes back to his original colour.

Yes,I pained them.If they are sprayed evenly,shouldn't be a problem.

I wish to be one,but I'm not.I use to work as a jeweller for very long time (not in Uk) ,that's why filing and cutting are my passion By the way I'm a big fan of your project Midas.That gold theme is really awesome! I'm planning something in silver for my next project

I just managed to paint all the parts from my water cooling loop. Took me longer than I expected . I found,that painting acetal plastic is harder than doing the same with other plastics,without proper preparation. Any way,results are good Currently I'm assembling all the parts together. I'll do some quick leakage tests to make sure everything is in order. So the photos will come soon

Small update from Project Blue

Some goodies arrived today from Holland Beautiful fittings from NANOXIA,and Darkside UV led strips.

The case start getting shape. I manage to install the rads,the pump plate and some of the led strips. Hope you like it
