Project MEGA DEBLOW - Watercooled Desk Mod

Finally done the live vid,

Please let me know what you think on here or YouTube comments, good or bad because i need to learn so i can hopefully improve before any future builds :)

if i do anything more with this build i will post here, but for now its over :(
time to put the desk to some use & start playing some BF4 :D

Heya pal, ive not been on for a while. Im getting back on my project now. I just wanted to say the desk looks insane, 10 out of 10 for effort and perseverance.
A smaller desk could come with all sorts of space issues. Do you think you will make a mini version of the same desk or are you planning something completely different?

Glad to hear your back on it :)
cant wait to see the final build result

I had new plans as i was still building this one, was a bit tempted to restart but wanted a rest lol
i have a good idea what to do next depending on time/health and cash flow.
It will be a bit bigger but should still work well in my small room.

Everyone on here seems to love the enermax white cluster fans and I don't blame you! They look amazing.

i loved the look of the enermax, but after i got them in my desk the LEDs was getting on my nerves, and because they was white plastic in my black/green desk it didn't look rite :(
i went for CM Jetflows without LEDs as they look a lot better in my build and im not stuck with a permanent color theme, also the jets are great at low speed.
still using some 2 year old CM sickle flows for the outer fans, jets are on the RADs

An excellent job! How many man hours do you think it's taken?

hard to say as i've had some time of from the build waiting for china to send parts and health problems, i started the build back in September 2013,
so its taken a little over 7 months, im sure with every correct tool and part needed it could be done within weeks :D
but dont hold me to that lol

Wow. What a computer desk. Looks like so much time and effort has gone into this. Great design

Thanks mate, yes lots of time, cash & pain went in to the build, but all worth it in the end
got me thirsty for more :D

Mine too - I would love to try do one myself!

Do IT!
and when you do IT!, drop me a PM so i don't miss IT! :D

Oh,
i almost took a pic for the forum yesterday of a skip over the RD from me,
it was full of what looks like a old kitchen, Lots of free wood that could be given a new home :D

Only just noticed this thread, can't believe I missed it! Awesome work there, looks fantastic!

When are you going to start accepting orders? :p

I wish i had correct tools and space to do things like this for a living
sadly i dont :(

Well done

Thanks Giraffe

Join the queue Lol :D

Mark

lol
Did you join my facebook page? i think any future plans will be posted on it first as its linked to my personal page and easy to update without filling the forum with half made plans

if and when i do another i will ofc put the build on the forums, if its going ahead for definite :)

Will have to see what happens with my leg & cash flow, but the leg problem is holding me back a lot atm :(

Small update,

As i broke my CM cup the same day i got it, didn't have chance to take a pic on my T holder

i'm also starting work on a 2nd & final desk build, so far its still in design stage & im not sure if it will go ahead yet due to circumstances beyond my control :(

But for the time being i will still continue with designs & planing

If & when i do start ill do a new build log, until then here's a quick pic of what im thinking about building
only the 1st design, so im sure it will change as i progress :)
