Here's the deburring tool:
(Along side some Parvum modding cubes; you'll have to wait and see what those will be used for )
Put the first bent tube in last night:
I'm not 100% happy with it, I think it's a little long on one side, so I might remove it and trim it down a little.
PSU Tester and the remaining bits to do the cabling are now here; so all that's left now is to do the remaining fan looms and I can get everything to start going back into the case.

A little bit of a different update from me today:
FANS!
So here is one of my Scythe GT 1450 RPM fans, which I have already shortened all of the wires on (Take all of the wires and cut them to the same length...)
Also you can see the terminals which are going to be fitted in the top of the shot.
Strip the wires back to the same length:
Close, but not perfect...
Crimp a terminal on to the end of each wire:
All done:
then sleeve, and replace the connector:
And all finished with it's friend:
Yes, I know they are really dusty they'll be cleaned up before they go back in the case.

So as requested.
Please note that one of the dual wires is NOT for this loom, it has a single one and 2 duals; the single wire is the RPM sensor wire, and will confuse the controller if you run multiple back to the header.
The bits I need to make these cables:
Then I strip the ends, and strip a section out of each of the long wires:
Then these are each joined and then soldered.
Each join is then heatshrunk to ensure that they are insulated.
I then line the joins up and trim all the wires to the same length; then strip them back.
The 5 wires are then crimped with male terminals and the other 3 are crimped with female terminals.
Then I sleeve the wires; all done...
And tested:

Minor update today:
Just received my (second) PSU tester, since the first one didn't have a floppy connector tester and I need one on the board to provide additional power to the 8 DIMMs.

Things have started to go back in to the case now:
The spots of copper on the top rad are annoying, I think it's where it was next to the LED lighting strip I had in there previously.
Although I still haven't straightened up the CPU out tube.
The random soft tube sticking out on the right is just holding the pumps in place, as it was pulling the top level of the light box away from the rest of it (due to the weight).
You may notice that I have painted a couple of small areas on the motherboard (if not that's a good thing too).
I've now started working on the acrylic sheet for the top drive bay.
The Parvum modding cubes have allowed me to attach it to the side plate, although it could probably do with being attached at the far side also.

That is an excellent job on braiding the fan cables, also so far your tubing runs look very clean. Great work

The tubing run from the RAM block down by the GPUs is excellent. Also the resovoirs look straight as well. The tubing looks much cleaner now than before. Nice work, looking forward to seeing it finished

So, the tubing was completed last night.
And now we're on with initial leak testing:
Both loops have currently been filled with pastel white until I decide what colours to go with.

Initial leak testing + all of the subsequent testing has been successful.
Although the build hasn't got much further.
A couple of wires have been completed however I was short of quite a few things and with life getting in the way a little (Hockey season is back) it's taken a while to source them all. However all of the wires and connectors and terminals I need have arrived...
So that's a good start.
I'm taking a day off on Friday to really get on with this; so hopefully there should be some good updates this week!
