Prototype or InFamous

Exactly, or just go to the left of the XMB and select the SHUT DOWN icon.
It then gives you the chance to select auto shut down AFTER your downloads are complete. It also installs them for you before shutting down. I always do it this way.

People would be quick to complain if they set a large demo to download in the background, and then started to play a game, and then the PS3 started to install the demo while they're playing a game, and everything turned into a choppy mess.

Both games look good but I think I would prefer the darker and more twisted game :)
 
Was there a game that came out very recently that looked like prototype/infamous? Im sure there was something that looked a bit similar (Throwing lightning balls and the like) and got slated in reviews which my mind has totally confused with prototype. Cant help but wonder if i just dreamt it and its doing my head in! :(
 
Maybe it's just because I just finished the Force Unleashed (rented because of recommendations from the ocuk forums, it was truly awesome) but Infamous' electricity looks ****. And in Prototype I believe I saw him elbow drop a tank, that is so brilliant I can't even describe it.

not my type of games what so ever..... will rent prototype and see what thats like, but cant see me liking it

MY copy of infamous came today :) Not purchased a PS3 game since Little big planet which I only played for 5-7 hours so I'm hoping this will actually get me using my ps3.

Prototype looks much more fun though, just hope it isn't full of bugs etc
 
Definitely Prototype. Just looks more fun and interesting.
I might pick up Infamous at some point, just to try and justify the £300 paper-weight that is my PS3 :(.
 
I will probably buy one of them not sure which, having only recently found out they exist i have no favourite. On the downside the playing character, especially in prototype, looks far to invincible for my liking.
 
Prototype didn't get a very good review today on game central... perhaps you can't read too much into it however.

Having played the infamous demo, I found it incredibly tedious.
 
I've played both, more so of infamous. Prototype is just like that Hulk game. Fun to smash stuff up but thats about it. Infamous has lot more depth and a better story.
