Taking 4 strikers; Rooney and Owen have injury doubts and Walcott has only played 13 games in Div1. Looks like Crouch will be the main man :D

Cole n Cambell :(

To be fair Cole deserves to go and his fitness has improved just in the few days between Man City and the Wigan games. However Fat boy shouldn't be going, cause he's ****

Theo :D . I hope he goes, even if he's not in the squad, would be a great experience for him and help him and England in 2010

Stand-by: Scott Carson (Liverpool), Luke Young (Charlton), Nigel Reo-Coker (West Ham), Jermain Defoe (Tottenham), Andy Johnson (Crystal Palace).

Some odd choices in the whole squad, especially SWP.

sack him NOW ffs

let McClaren in . this is awful just awful

hargreaves and jenas, why o why would he do that.

the lack of SWP, Defoe, (even Bent would be better) just makes me want to cry.

SWP isnt even on Standby, omg Sven you are the worst

Yeah,Cole is fair enough, but Cambell : has Sven not seen him in the last 3 mths ?

4 strikers 1 doesnt score many,1 has never played before, and 2 prob wont play in the competition.Nonsensical tbh,i know we can and probably will swap out Rooney, miracles outstanding, but at least have 2 strikers there who can play ffs

England squad:
Paul Robinson (Tottenham), David James (Manchester City), Robert Green (Norwich); Gary Neville (Manchester United), Rio Ferdinand (Manchester United), John Terry (Chelsea), Ashley Cole (Arsenal), Sol Campbell (Arsenal), Jamie Carragher (Liverpool), Wayne Bridge (Chelsea); David Beckham (Real Madrid), Michael Carrick (Tottenham), Frank Lampard (Chelsea), Steven Gerrard (Liverpool), Owen Hargreaves (Bayern Munich), Jermaine Jenas (Tottenham), Stewart Downing (Middlesbrough), Joe Cole (Chelsea), Aaron Lennon (Tottenham); Wayne Rooney (Manchester United), Michael Owen (Newcastle), Peter Crouch (Liverpool), Theo Walcott (Arsenal).

Few things, Sol Campbell not up to the job anymore! just doesnt seem to be the rock at the back he used to be.

Owen Hargreaves, injured for god knows how long crap in every england game he has played. why o why?

Jenas, why? so many players better than him, hasnt performed for spurs, wont change a game, why?

Walcott, ye he is a young talent but he hasnt ever played for arsenal first team. expecting him to step up when our two leading strikers are still injured.
