PS3 being redesigned?

Unless you are built by Microsoft... Then make it the same size give it a nasty paint job and make it a little louder for good measure !
 
I doubt MS could risk making it smaller and have more heat in an even more confined space :)

p.s have you seen how big graphics cards are getting on PC these days, dual slots, massive length, it seems not everything gets smaller :)

No I misread the post above mine, I thought he was meaning the 360 was bigger than the Xbox, but then realised he was talking about the Elite, how was it nonsense in any case? PS3 is bigger than PS2 correct?

You stated that the PS3 was way bigger than the PS2 and as i looked across the room at both of them sitting next to each other i realised that the PS3 isnt way bigger. & quoting cubic volumes without integral calculus is ilrelevant.

The PS3 needs to be made smaller but that silver is horrid lol I hope they bring back the PS2 chip for it cos that was a really good a selling point imo

yup it was done by their "artists".
So basically a guess, done quickly without any idea of what it will really look like.

LOL I do hope you can see the massive mistake you have made there. I said the PS3 is bigger than PS2, not PS2 is bigger than PS3.

LOL !! Well if you think i actually meant that then I can see why the 1 numerical mistake was such a massive issue for your small brain. :)
 
Now now I only said it as you posted the same mistake twice so I thought you were confused, PS3 is bigger than PS2, so not really sure why you are trying to say it was nonsence, but it is not an issue now as I explained I mis-read the post I was replying too, you can calm down now if you want :)

p.s it was a one number mistake, not letter ;) Not such a tiny brain afterall, but come on stop being so aggresive.

Your post wasnt just stating it was bigger but more like the comparison between ants and double decker buses.

In fact, wtf am i arguing about?! Later. Im off to eat potato wedges with cottage pie and cheese.
 
I must be alone in wishing that all manufacturers would make their consoles look like a nice bit of AV kit.. so they don't stand out when put together with the rest of my kit and god forbid are stackabel..

The PS3 looks like cheap and nasty samsung stuff, all shiny black and cheap ass chrome, the 360 looks like a fisher price toy, neither sit well with my Denon AV gear and HTPC..
