Problem is, last i heard Sony still pulled a loss for every unit sold. It's all very well and good saying it 'should' be £200, you're right, it should, but if they can't afford to make it that price they won't. I'm sure Sony want to lower the price as much as everyone, pretty much every financial expert i've seen commenting on the product has said 'it needs a price drop soon' for the past year. Sony know it needs a price drop, they must do, but whether they can afford to do so is another matter.
