my (and many others) Slim wouldn't recognise the controller unless it was plugged in, which is annoying as the cable supplied is about 1ft long

the was a way around it though, turning the console on from the power button with the controller plugged in, and removing the cable and pressing the PS button after being told to sync

Oh awesome, apparently now i've updated the firmware i'm unable to restore my backup from when i formatted to factory defaults.

Does anyone have a list of which PSP Mini's actually work on the PS3. I had hoped I could play Pinball Dreams and Fantasies, but neither seem to work.

I am sure I read that only like 3 work, today, but by Dec 17th (next Thursday) they are replacing the files on the store with versions that work on both PS3 and PSP.
