PS4 and Xbox Rumours

This is all well and good for the US... but how would it work over here with Sky?Even if they agree to take part they'll take at least 2 years to even sort out a TV guide never mind live TV streaming.
"Functionally may be limited in some regions" I suspect. I can't see Sky letting Xbox take-over the role of the Sky+ box.
