Note, he never specified testicle or that it was his bodily own, just one of (presumably) a pair that belonged to him. So if you win it could be something even more grotesque and decomposed than you imagined or otherwise severely underwhelming. :/
 
I can't see why a dedicated GPU would be needed on top of the A10. It quit a good chip and matched to GDDR5 rather than DDR3 will be more than sufficient for a console. On top of that even adding a mid range gpu would add ~£40 to the component costs

If the PS4 ships with just an iGPU I'll take oliver to a dodgy clinic for nut removal myself ;)
