the pumas are strange.......i'm 19, have a group 16 2.5l v6 mondeo, and can insure a group 17 bmw 330i no problem, but my insurer tell me to come back when im 21 for the puma 1.7?

I found having 2 years+ drivivng experience knocks it down a lot.

I.e. if you have 1 years 11 months driving experience wait the extra month.

i did this last year, didnt drive for a month...my insurance halved on my 1.2 clio. then this time come renewal i upgraded to a focus st170 for £950 full comp at 21, 1 ncb, 3 yrs driving (no accidents)
