Pyro Achievements and Unlocks...!

I really hate it when valve does this, WHY is is so seemingly impossible to give people a time? :rolleyes:

It is annoying really, they have obviously had it made for around what more than 2 months? All they need to do is upload it to the frigging server on time! Grr, somtimes i love valve (the tf2 "meet the ..." serious") but it really annoys me that they say a date - then dont go with their word!

  • Payload maps now support four control points per stage
  • Achievement dialog will stay open when you're moving in & out of the game and the main menu
  • Added full Russian localization, with both fonts & speech
  • Returned the "Report a Bug" option to the main menu
 
I'm still updating. My friend jut messaged me saying he's already in game and has already got OMGWTFBBQ :p

Apparantly the new taunt kills them in one.
 
Really is pretty lame currently, seen a load of public servers all of a sudden get locked down with passwords, plenty of servers popping us as acheivements farms as well.

Dunno why people can;t play properly, reminds me of that annoying kid in your street that always had to be the first to get a new toy.. :rolleyes: Just the way people are about this acheivement crap.
 
Removed Flamethrower's damage falloff (was falling off to 25% by the end)

This change has put me off playing. Having just been on a server for a while it's become quite apparent that the flamethrower has now become incredibly deadly. You're lucky if you survive more than a second with a pyro burning you at any range. Can't imagine why they changed this, other than to shut up the people saying it's underpowered (when it never was, they were just pants at playing the class).

So... don't think I'll be playing again until falloff damage on the flamethrower is reinstated.
 
It was needed, it's more powerful, but not the "omgwtf instagib" like you claim. Heavies in particular are still rock hard to take down with it for example.
