Quest 3 owners etc

Hey guys, I have a brand new and unboxed Logitech Driving Force GT steering wheel for PC from several years ago. It was a replacement from Logitech after my other one got a little broken. Would it work in standalone with my Quest 3? As far as I remember, the pedals cable connects to the wheel, there's a wall mains power plug, and I think a USB connector that normally goes into the PC which I could connect to the USB on the headset?
i think the answer is yes but don't expect games to support it :)

Good point. Hmm, well I don't want to unbox it if it doesn't work too well in VR for the reason you mentioned. I'm seeing used ones going for about £107 so I should be able to get more for it by leaving it sealed up and untouched. But if I use it and it doesn't work that great in VR, I've depreciated the value and I don't have a working PC to make any use of it.

If there's a chance you'll get a pc to use it i'd keep it, racing games and vr were made for each other :D

Thanks for those links, I'll check them out. Actually, now that I think about it, I believe I still have the old wheel that was having issues but it should still work well enough to test VR.

I just got Skybox and omg, watching films on Quest is like being in a cinema. This thing is crazy 10/10.
It's great isn't it. I've been averaging at least 1 film a week on Skybox VR since I got my Quest 2 last August. I haven't even been to the cinema since about 2008 (Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was probably the last film I saw AT the cinema)!

Will definitely try Miracle pool out .. link for those who want it.. https://www.meta.com/en-gb/experiences/5796340207136099/
I actually tried this last night. It looks really good though I did struggle with the cue a bit. I'm not sure if that's cos I'm a leftie or just how it is, but it felt awkward. Most amusing was how big the table was but I was in my bedroom which is nowhere near big enough to fit a table anyway with everything else in there, so I just kept grabbing the handles and moving the table around. Most amusing. You definitely need SPACE! :)

Being pretty much a complete VR noob, I just did something that all you guys would have known about. I've been letting the boundary automatically configure itself to my bedroom and ending up with a small blue floor circle as there's not much space around me. I kept seeing my room come into view whenever I moved a little too far forward. So I've manually drawn my blue line way bigger and now my immersion isn't broken at all. I'm only playing Red Matter 2 at the moment so nothing crazy and fast where I can hurt myself and I can peer through the gap of the headset to see if I'm too close to some furniture, window or tv. It's so much better now.
