I use a Logitech Force 3D Joystick and I find it hard to control the car with this

The joystick rattles a lot; hard to drive in a straight line. Anyone know any good settings?

Yes, it is critical to set a steering 'deadzone' otherwise the car becomes uncontrollable.

Set it to 10%, or even 15% to start with ... in control settings

Joystick isn't the best way to play this game, a 360 pad works pretty much perfectly right away. I've given up trying to get it to work with my driving force pro wheel as it's just not driveable.

i been trying with my logitec drive fx and i cant control the dam thing it keeps spinning lol, i was much better on keyboard

For anyone who has been following the progress of this patch, you'll probably be amazed it's actually been released, it was announced on 12th January!

This patch should finally prevent the ebay.xml cheat.

I use a logitech momo and it is way easy to play - I hope Dirt2 will follow suit as it was horrendous to play the first one on my wheel
