Radeon RX 480 "Polaris" Launched at $199

If that leak is real (though the clockspeed readout is wrong), then it's showing faster than a 390X, but slower than a Nano, at stock clocks.

But since we're not 100% sure what the clock is then I don't know.

Looks like a reference card so will preusmably bet stock clocks.

That leak appears to be using 16.5.2 as a driver. So probably not a good indicator of performance. 3dmark is also showing the card as a RX 480 so I am not sure if it's real or not.

is that it for the announced polaris cards then? Only the 4? I honestly think there will be a 5th card, based purely on the fact that the star system Polaris itself is comprised of 5 stars.

Don't want to nitpick but I think the 470 480 and 460 work out fine since Polaris is actually a 3 Star System!

There are 2 others so you're not wrong, but I don't think they're physically with the other three, kind of just a line of sight thing. (AMD to return and make 2 more cards down the line? :p)

Also thats roughly 980 perf if im correct, on an reference design and 62c underload i assume?, bring on the AIB's with better clocks and cooling and 6+8pin.... this card could be an absolute beast
