I'm in the middle east so around 4am till around 6pm.

UK have a bit more of a tougher time with fasts starting at around 4.30am till around 8pm currently. That stretches to 3.30am till 8.45pm by the end of the month

First day was rather easy today. I got a few hunger spells but nothing crazy. Cigarette cravings were more so but so far so good. Lacking sleep a little but I enjoyed that first glass of cold crisp water today.
