Ramadan Mubarak, Good luck and health to all those participating.

I feel it's going to be even harder for the people working, 4 hours of sleep time (it takes me 1hour just to fall asleep)

It may sound silly considering you see the two words Break Fast when you type it but, when it's written as just just one word AND you pronounce it "brekfust" (as almost every one does) rather "Break Fast", its actual meaning can easily slip people by, especially if you start to add slang in there for Brekkie etc.

I'm with @Nitefly on this. I only realised it meant to break your fast a few years ago when I was reading Game of Thrones
