Random 3D printing chatter

Morning all,

I have tried to find a local 3d printing service but to no avail, so trying the trusty OCUK forums.

would anyone have the capacity to 3d print something VERY small for me? I have the FreeCAD (Link Branch) file. By small I mean 1.5mm thick "shims"?

would appreciate any support - Thanks in advance.

Problem with something very small is the effort taken to get to a good print.

I'll happily have a look if you want to send it to me through trust. Only have PLA+ in white at the moment, will probably be ok but if it's going to be under pressure (between a bolt and object) then it may struggle.... Need to check the use case.

Not much pressure, its for Shims for a coffee machine drip tray!!

PLA may not be suitable for this. It starts reforming around 50-60°

The shims will sit at the back of a drip tray to ensure a better fit, it (in theory) shouldn't come into contact with any water, especially any "hot water"

You should be fine then.
PLA is not great for anything that gets even remotely hot
