One will be straight away in the official case and the second one will be when the new PoE hat comes out so I'll use the separate fan for that.

I was up early so managed to get one in as soon as the email came through.

I feel they could have put on a M.2 slot for small SSDs like 2230s. Also the Gigabit network port is a bit of a let down.
With the price tag of £60 + PSU £11 + £10 case is it really good value for money SBC any more ?

Ill wait for more critical reviews as the ones out now are from preview free samples.

VERY frustrating they have swapped the position of the USB and Ethernet AGAIN. Means case incompatibility

It's completely different though, different connectors all round, power switch. There was no way they could make it fit the existing case.

I suspect its dropping frames due to not using hardware decoding from the gpu. Same issue pi4 had for years.
Im gonna give this one a miss, they dropped the ball on this one, 16nm is also a joke when the competition use 8nm.

Jeff Geerling's video is quite interesting, claims that the PCIe can be unlocked to gen 3 speeds.
