Who did they hire, the local tarmac scammers?

I watched them do exactly the same thing on our road only they did a far ******* job than that.
They were there for less than 10 minutes total. One guy brushed the holes out for a good 5s each getting probably 20% of the debris from them. The next guy tipped some tarmac into the holes and the final guy rolled them. They didn't even fill them to the top in most cases so the roller did **** all.
I complained to the council with pictures and they said "its temporary, we will fix them properly soon". Seems to be what they usually say and then never come back.
These companies must be making a bloody fortune. They filled 5 potholes out of probably 50 on our road and were on their way.

By the time you have mobilised the road crew and the blacktop it would take no longer to sort out and straighten the edges and do a better job. Lack of supervision and poor workmanship in my opinion.
