This is a very basic question but.... Is it easy to build this PC without basically any experience and get it all working fine??
Read all manuals and a basic guide, and you'll be fine.

Theres enough collective experience on here to fix almost anything. Anything you are unsure of or need help with, start a thread and someone is bound to know.
Just make sure if you don't know what your doing, ask to be taken through it rather than having a go and breaking something.

Can you check your PSU, it is running crossfire so it can't be THAT bad. Check the make/model and see how many amps it has on the 12v rail(s).

Hard drives, not great but worth keeping.

Heatsink - Scythe Ninja is great, freezer 7 pro etc.

RAM - Check with CPU-Z to see what type and kind it is, if it is 667mhz then you could keep it and use the money saved to buy a 6400/6600 instead.

Graphics - The GTs are good cards, I would keep them but buy Zalman VF900 coolers for them

Case - Obviously depends on what you like, but something from Lian Li/Silverstone would be a good choice.

Lian Li are boring looking though

Akasa Eclipse :D
Best air cooling case around. Get a couple of 120mm fans & away you go :)
Better than the P180? Thats my recomendation, although i've yet to own one. I agree that Lian-Lis are rather dull.

If your not serious about overclocking I would recommend this build, its similar to what I am getting except I am getting a full system

450W Smart Power PSU

hmm thats the only thing i dont like about the setup, I dont know how good they are but im pretty sure i wouldnt trust a power supply that came with a case, would much rather a decent Seasonic even if the latest batch are a bit iffy, i trust em ;)

Antec are an exception to that rule, their psus are on the same level as other reputable brands like seasonic and that includes the ones they bundle with their cases.
