RB's Training Log 2016

It's nice that I can see (and feel) an improvement in the shoulders as before I always had trouble getting it to budge. But I want it to go up quicker! :p Would love to be able to move 80kg (BW).

Quick deadlift session.

Deadlift - 120kg x 5, 140kg x 3, 155kg x 4, 80kg 5x10
