Reaper - Cancelled?!?

Well, watched the final episode of Season 2 (and of course the entire series) last night. Decent enough ending, certainly felt like they knew it wasn't going to be renewed considering the way it finished. Overall though, I really enjoyed both seasons. As I said in my previous post, it was a bit amateurish to begin with and I didn't ever foresee myself becoming particularly interested or attached to the characters, but the second season really helped to improve things in that respect. Some very funny moments throughout too, and the old Indian guy who starts working at the Bench halfway through season 2 is brilliant.

Not forgetting the rather stunning Andi, she was a bit plain to start with but by Season 2 she's pretty damn hot. :D

DollHouse is pretty much finished as well, after this season has finished.

There was speculation that Fox was going to do a Firefly with it and not even air the full season but they have officially stated the full season will air. But the remaining episodes will be aired in December and House and Bones re-runs will be put on Fridays for now.

The ratings are very poor though, 2 million for a network show is very bad. Its only the fact that the show got strong DVR numbers that it hasn't been cut short.

Not heard that TSCC was cancelled either. Oh well, I've still got 'Sanctuary' series 2 to look forward too!

Yup afraid so :(. But there is hope for a direct to DVD 2 hour special to finish up the story.

I don't know if you have seen all of season 2 but the way it was left was a bit of a cliffhanger and there are strong fan campaigns going on to get some closure on the story.

Ideally I'd love to see a season 3 but i think its pretty much impossible to expect that. The show costs too much to produce, especially due to them having to pay for the Terminator name in the title.

The shows exec producer has said there have been several meetings with WB and to not lose hope. It all depends on the DVD sales, which are not doing too badly at the moment.

TSCC was pretty dire though, it nose dived extremely fast.

Reaper was a great show, didn't deserve to be axed. I can understand TSCC as it was bad and had poor ratings.
