Reccomend me some good tv scifi series to watch

too many to name - but most of the good ones have been mentioned - Alias is rather good, SG-1/Atlantis are brilliant no-end and BattleStar Galactica is an excellent series - season II is enthrawling :)

Watched the very first episode of Space 1999 and i could not stop laughing - i just couldn't take how corny and fake it all felt but it's funny none the less :p
 
If you liked Invasion then, Surface is a must. Also, Battlestar Gallactica I totally agree with.

Babylon 5 is also my favourite Sci-Fi show, but it takes a fair bit of watching to catch and understand all thats going on. Seemingly insignificant hints and events in the first season come back to have massive consequences in later seasons. The way pieces all fall together is a real masterpiece in story telling, but becasue of the way the story works you need to keep your wits about you. Im still finding things mentioned in season 1 that hint at huge events in later seasons.

I thought Lexx was ok for the first series before the cast change and after that it just turned to softporn in space if you ask me :p

Alias as mentioned is really good and underrated. The final series is about to start on Bravo.

Agreed on Babylon 5, overall it is a great epic of a story and thoroughly enjoyable.

I have just remembered anoher series as well.

Dune and The Children of Dune. Not a too shabby remake of the classic.
