Recommend me some trainers

Leather classics

Only cockney wideboys and northern thieves/burglars wear Reebok classics in white. You can usually see the bright white shoes running off into the distance with your TV under their arms.

LOL, they are the only trainers I've bought for the last 6 years  and I don't think I fit into either of those catagories... I may be a bit wide but not in that sense :p

The original and best.

Some skate shoes are fine. They look great, they're extremely comfortable and they'll outlast any of this overpriced chavvy Nike/Reebok/Adidas crap.

I can't see what people like about Converses , I wouldnt even wear them if someone paid me (well, unless it was a lot :p )

Comfortable, nice material, don't usually have an inch of sole which makes shoes look like platforms.

Rawr. I was looking at those, the white pair. I tried them on but i found they weren't very comfortable at the back of my foot, went for these instead:

I was given some black laces, going to swap the white ones for them i think. £54.99 from Route One.

Chile 62's

Love the retro look.
Adidas world cup 66 are worth a look, some of the Ltd edition superstars (super ape star and undefeated) and adidas ultrastar (as a less common variant of superstar), also the adidas Y-3 (yohji yamamoto) range.
Depends entirely on what your style is. Just choose something you like, as simple as that. ;)

My retro/ scouse favourite/ 80s casual trainer collection.

Adidas Superstar II and my original Adidas Shelltoes from the 80's

Adidas Stan Smith Comfort

Adidas Questar
