The DRM is quite lenient tbh (compared to other recent games that use it). You can activate it on 5 different machines and it gives you unlimited installs on each one.

9.5 Presentation
The production values in the cutscenes is impressive; the cast is stellar and has fun, and there's definitely a camp style in play.
8.5 Graphics
Bright and saturated, Red Alert 3 looks like a comic book come to life. But there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to zoom out more.
8.5 Sound
The riffing soundtrack features an updated Hell March theme, while the rest of the audio is pretty solid.
8.0 Gameplay
Gameplay is essentially unchanged since the original; it's certainly fun, but it's not revelatory or genre defining.
7.5 Lasting Appeal
The campaigns and cutscenes will provide a fair amount of playtime, but you'll need to rely on multiplayer if you intend to keep playing the game after that.

8.2 OVERALL
Impressive
(out of 10 / not an average)

Did anyway else start the allied campaign and have the same problem I had. Gemma Atkinson appeared on the screen to tell me my mission...... que me not hearing a word of what was being said and staring at the screen like a zombie....... then starting the mission and waking up from my dream wondering wtf i had to do in my mission....:D.

DAMN HOT WOMEN IN THIS GAME. :D

The Japanese side does have some of the crazier units, but their sea based anti-air is almost non-existent, this can lead to the Allies just slamming you over and over and over again. There is a way around it because a lot of Japanese units are transformable, but that means that you'll have to do a lot of micromanaging. Anyway you cut it, this is a problem and generally not very fun.
 OH NOES NOT THE MICROMANAGEMENT!

Basically, most of the reviews have been fairly rubbishy so far - most written by people who don't know much about RTS's and don't particularly like the genre in general/

GameReplays gives a good rundown of the good and bad reviews (note they are not biased as they also thrashed a review that gave 92% seemingly just because of the hot chicks and dolphins): http://www.gamereplays.org/redalert3/portals.php?show=page&name=red-alert-3-review-mash-up&home

Eh? Game doesnt have mines in it unless I missed something in the unit list?

i added an s, i'm too used to doing that when using mine doesn't, bad grammar really.

Just so you can understand, My game does not work, i get through the videos and when it shows the red alert splash screen then goes onto the screen with the logo on top right it loads for a second then crashes to desktop.
