Not much info on the bbc but other forums reporting a zero altitude ejection and possible fatality. Terrible if true.

BBC just said someone taken to hospital. It was stated in an aviation forum but post promptly removed.

It was on BBC News, not on the website.

Definitely sounds like the seat could have banged the pilot out when on the ground. Brutal.

Yeah just seen it on BBC News channel, no further info released as yet, either on the person, or the incident itself just that he has been taken to hospital

Unconfirmed reports state there could have been a problem with an ejector seat.
