i think will 99% will.Red Dead Revolver didn't come to PC, Red Dead Redemption (one of the best games ever made) never came to PC, I doubt we'll ever see Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC either
think about it rockstar/taketwo have made over 1bn dollars in shark cards alone in GTA V. (a lot from the PC)

they would be silly not to. even if Rockstar dont take two will force them. selling bail bonds in red dead Online just makes pure sense.
even if only 20,000 people bought £5 of bails bonds your looking at £100K lets not forget rockstar double dip.
the engine supports PC. the game is built on PC & made to work on Xbox which is DX12. no reason not too
their no reason not to put on PC if their going to be putting out bail bonds & making another billion by doing nothing but making micro transactions
