For the first time in its storied legacy, John Marston’s beloved journey can be experienced on PC in stunning, new detail, with both Red Dead Redemption and its iconic zombie-horror companion story, Undead Nightmare, arriving to PC on October 29.

In collaboration with Double Eleven, this new version adds PC-specific enhancements including native 4K resolution at up to 144hz on compatible hardware, monitor support for both Ultrawide (21:9) and Super Ultrawide (32:9), HDR10 support, and full keyboard and mouse functionality.

There’s also support for NVIDIA DLSS 3.7 and AMD FSR 3.0 upscaling technologies, NVIDIA DLSS Frame Generation, adjustable draw distances, shadow quality settings, and more.

Check out the new trailer above and stay tuned for more details, including information later this week on how to pre-purchase Red Dead Redemption and Undead Nightmare at the Rockstar Store, Steam, or the Epic Games Store.

Not even played 2 yet really as i played it for a bit then got to camp then got bored of all the farting around i had to do instead of just wanting to do missions like gta but in the west style. :/ Tho only bought it cos it was rs and they do story based games well as in loads of interesting missions generally.

May get this one day if cheap like 15 or under but in no rush got loads of others bought and yet to properly play yet. :p

Woaah, now hold on there pardner!

Yes please :D

I'll definitely want to get this shame it wasn't fully remade in RDR2 engine

Yes, interesting choice considering a huge part of the map already exists in the second game

If they had done then I'd maybe be able to justify "full" price - which I assume is going to be in the £40-60 bracket. As it is, I've already played it when it first came out on PS3, so I'll hold off for a bit till it drops.

10 years ago i would have been all over this.... but looking at videos its really showing its age. As it isnt a full on remake, this i bet will be a cashgrab rather than a cheapo budget release for fans.

Might be worth it at £20 but can't see it being that cheap.

40+ for a 14 year old game no thanks

Whats the undead nightmare DLC like?
Really good back in the day according to a step son I bought it for, still claims its the best present he ever had.

I think he was bout 14/15 at the time though and that's probably when most peoples best gaming moments happen regardless of quality
