Red Dead Redemption on PC - 29/10/24

It's likely the case yes but in this game you can't use dlsstweaks as it doesn't seem to work at all, maybe some rockstar lockdown, either way FSR3 NativeAA offers the same native rendering as DLAA but actually has good sharpening detail with no other difference to performance so no reason to not use FSR3 NativeAA.

It's all getting a little messy is probably my main concern.

How you finding the game mrk?

Annoyingly I'm enjoying this older game more than 2.

I think it was something about the controls I didn't like. Trying to use M&K and generally not enjoying third person perspectives.
Makes me think I might have had the wrong mindset when starting 2. I think I'll have another go.

I'm going to wait for a really good visual overhaul to entice me to try this out, loved it on the Xbox 360 but no reason to return to the game, until a crazy visual overhaul/upgrade by someone/dedicated team takes place.

Anyone tried this yet? Worth it?....

Looks interesting, but there's a lot of 'to do's' for it.

Will keep an eye on it, thanks for the heads up.

spamming the left shift to run is the most frustrating thing about this ive found! im not sure how that got through the testing phase it was infuriating having sticky keys come up all the time

Not worth the price tag but its a well done port, im annoyed with myself that i let it get over the 2hr window to refund :D

Is this still worth playing after completing RDR2?

Also wondering the same. I've never played the first one, only the second. I'm just wondering whether I'd end up feeling disappointed after the absolute triumph that was RDR2 - because I never played the original there simply isn't any nostalgia factor there for me.

Having nearly finished the first one, I'm raring to have another go at 2 as I bounced off it the first time.
I think I understand now when and why to use deadeye, what all the letter icons mean and what are classed as side quests and main missions.
Sounds simple but nothing clicked in 2 :)
