That's their reasoning, no doubt.

I've noticed that one or two streamers have gone unmolested since the return salvo of complaints, so maybe they are going to ease off. Time will tell..

Perhaps it would be better for everyone to have a global release date in future.

Update: Two folks that shut down as they heard of the ban sweep, which where then used for the resistance are now streaming again.. So I'm guessing they got the all clear to continue.

Hmm well seeing as my xbox dvd drive is now making a worrying grinding sort of noise I think I'm going to get this on the PS3. Don't want to buy it only for my out of warranty xbox drive to fail and the game to be unplayable!

The closest shop to me that would sell the game is about 12 miles away and since i dont drive, ordering online is the sensible solution.

Anyone jumping straight into MP? I want to play atleast 10 hours of SP before touching MP.

I was just going to post this. The fact is, PS3 only shines for exclusive games as the devs can dedicate all their time to optimising for the one console.

The performance of Red Dead Redemption appears to be an improvement over GTAIV on PS3; the framerate is much better regardless of resolution/AA.

screw that. Rockstar have money, they can afford to hire more people to dedicate to developing the PS3 version. I don't buy the whole "ps3 is more complicated.." You'd think they'd learn how to make games on a system that you're trying to make millions off on.

Its not trolling, I dont own a PS3 so dont care what its capable of but remember reading from PS3 owners banging on about the Blu Ray.

Blu-ray only has more disc space. Thats all it is, nothing more nothing less.
