There are a number of posts about this on steam and dev forums, thing is everything i've said is fact. I was even right about BFBC2 after all these months a patch was released to fix hitboxes and rubber banding :). However the reason in this game maybe due to my incredibly low 18fps as most of the time my shots are spot on.

One thing I don't like about pc gamers is the attitude if it's not happening to me and my friends then you're lieing and making it up :(

Are you sure you connected to the channel or where you just in the main lobby?

I can definitely say there is still an issue with the hit boxes (don't know about the patch this morning) but last night there was a few occasions where I was shooting someone point blank and it wasn't registering at all.

And I've been caught off guard reloading and have even lived through someone shooting at me point blank.

It definitely got worse last night compared to other nights, don't know if the server going to 64 players is an issue or not?

Noticed it was a little laggier than usual also, but was still great fun ;)

Yeah clicked on the Axis option as thats where I saw you all.

Thought it was weird how quiet it was.. probably something not working my end, but I clicked via the link in the mumble thread.
 
Starting to get a feel for it now - its a game that needs to have bigger numbers of players imo, I like pushing an area with 10+ men rushing, covering etc

When im lonewolfing, its OK as its tense like a real war situation, but I feel less engrossed and am looking forward to meeting up with more troops.

Got some nice screens on steam, graphics probably not great, but its all maxed out... its just good to see how 'war'-like it feels sometimes.

We haven't been in the Axis channel,

You need to just double click the RO2 channel, it does look like we are sitting below the Axis but we are just in the main channel of the RO2, infact I need to make a post in the mumble thread and get the two sides deleted we all just chat in the one channel anyway.

I was joking mate, the game does have issues and I understand why this is frustrating.

Help me out...what's a CF profile? Im assuming something to do with ATi cards, but Ive only had my new 6870 for two weeks after only ever having nVidia cards, so I dont know the ins and outs of the new driver software etc.
 
Ive got SLI, so does that mean ive also got to do something to maximise performance?

I mean it runs fine in Ultra, but if I can get it looking better im happy to do so.

Use the war effect atm, bit grainy... but adds a bit of grit to it all.
 
I tried something called Game Booster and I gained about 5 fps I'm pretty sure.

Might be placebo, it did close a awful lot of uneccessary processes though so that would probably have a tiny effect.

I believe there was a link to beta drivers which offered better performance for nvidia cards/sli setups.

Can't remember if it was on here or if it was on the tripwire forums.


If I find it I shall link.
 
Anyone else lost favourites from their ingame browser. Only seems to apply to servers which have updated to v.6.

Could be the client update perhaps?

I've had issues with the favourites since the start,

I would add the server and when I came back to play again it would never show.

I just used the Steam Group for connecting now :p
